Case Study # 1 – Major Global Telecommunications Provider
In order to launch services in the Japanese market, a major international telecommunications provider approached Solid Japan to help determine the most appropriate structure for their Japan operations. Solid Japan’s Finance, Legal, and Tax advisors worked closely with the parent company’s management team to decide on the optimal structure and rollout for Japan. Solid Japan handled the business incorporation procedures, subsequent business license applications, and ongoing accounting, payroll and tax services for the Japan Branch. Solid Japan also provided the company with a Proxy Representative Director and temporary business address in the early stages of their business.
