Case Study # 1 – Major Global Telecommunications Provider

In order to launch services in the Japanese market, a major international telecommunications provider approached Solid Japan to help determine the most appropriate structure for their Japan operations. Solid Japan’s Finance, Legal, and Tax advisors worked closely with the parent company’s management team to decide on the optimal structure and rollout for Japan.
